Refunds
Because tickets are a time-sensitive single-use item, we only accept returns in very limited circumstances. All purchases are considered final unless the event for which you bought tickets is permanently cancelled. Usually this only happens in sports playoffs when customers purchase tickets in anticipation of games that are then eliminated due to the competition.
